Now in its 19th year the Aspects Literature Festival attracts readers and writers from all over Ireland to the North Down Museum in Bangor. This increasingly popular and acclaimed event features the cream of Irish writing talent and promises to deliver an exhilarating programme.

Bloomfield Shopping Centre has supported Aspects for 17 years and is particularly associated with Young Aspects a scheme where authors visit local primary schools enthusing children about writing. The pieces resulting from these visits are judged and winners are rewarded with certificates and trophies which are presented at an awards ceremony in the Centre and on the afternoon of the Young Aspects Show Case.

The 2010 Aspects Irish Literature Festival was launched at Nick’s Diner in Belfast on 29th June.
